01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stoploss.ai ("the Service"), including our web application, Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the Service.

02 Description of Service

Stoploss.ai provides an institutional-grade financial analysis and generative intelligence platform for Indian equities (NSE/BSE). Capabilities include technical indicators, Wyckoff structure detection, fundamental forensic models (Beneish M-Score, DuPont 5-Factor, Piotroski F-Score), and autonomous quant backtesting.

IMPORTANT: The Service does NOT provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or financial planning. All tools and analytical outputs are strictly for informational and quantitative research purposes.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into these terms.

04 API Quotas, Billing & Subscriptions

  • →API requests and MCP tool invocations are metered based on monthly tier quotas (Free, Developer, Enterprise).
  • →Subscriptions and quota upgrades are processed securely via Razorpay (inclusive of all applicable taxes/GST).
  • →API keys are non-transferable. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all requests executed with your provisioned keys.
  • →Enterprise and custom institutional deployments include dedicated SLA guarantees, custom rate limits, and VPC peering.
  • →Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.

05 Disclaimers & Non-Registration

Stoploss.ai is NOT registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or research analyst. AI-generated analyses and models are built on historical and statistical market data. Past performance of any setup or algorithm does not guarantee future results. You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own trading and investing decisions.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stoploss.ai, its operators, contributors, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of capital, profits, or revenue arising from your use of or reliance upon the platform.

07 Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API keys or accounts that engage in malicious scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized rate-limit bypassing, or abusive behavior.
