1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stoploss.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stoploss.ai is an AI-powered stock and ETF analysis platform. The Service provides technical analysis, fundamental analysis, news sentiment analysis, and AI-generated recommendations for securities listed on Indian exchanges (NSE, BSE).

The Service does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Credits & Payments

• Each stock or ETF analysis consumes one (1) credit
• Credits are purchased in packs via Razorpay: 1 credit for ₹60, 5 for ₹270, 10 for ₹480, or 50 for ₹2,100
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased, except where analysis fails due to a platform error (automatic refund)
• If an analysis fails due to a server error, the consumed credit is automatically refunded to your account
• Portfolio features require an active subscription: 5 credits for 1 month or 50 credits for 1 year
• Portfolio subscriptions grant access to portfolio tracking, analysis, optimization, and AI coaching for the subscription period
• Portfolio subscriptions are non-refundable once activated

5. Disclaimers

Stoploss.ai is NOT registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as an investment advisor or research analyst. The AI-generated analysis is based on publicly available market data and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Past performance of any security does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stoploss.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive usage, or attempt to exploit the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
