01 Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optional date of birth. We use AWS Cognito for authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials. We store transaction audit records (amount, credits purchased, timestamps) in our PostgreSQL database.

Your data is stored on enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure (RDS PostgreSQL, Cognito) located in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai, ap-south-1) region. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. We adhere to industry-standard security practices.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@stoploss.ai. You can update your profile information and revoke API keys anytime from your dashboard.

We use strictly essential cookies for secure session authentication. We do not use intrusive advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
